• Licensing & regulatory.

  On-the-ground in Indonesia, Singapore, and Vietnam first; navigates OJK, MAS, SBV authorisation pathways and prepares the company for each.

• Client coverage — borrower side.

  Mid-market businesses across PH / ID / MY / TH / VN. Underwriting fluency plus the relationship depth to win the first hundred deals.

• Client coverage — capital side.

  Family offices and institutional LPs across the region. Closes the first commitments and runs investor reporting.

• Credit & risk.

  Emerging-markets commodities + asset-backed underwriting — mining, agriculture, manufacturing, logistics. Builds the model that does the work.

• Operations.

  Local hires across each SEA launch market. Owns the on-ground side of every deal — borrowers, advisers, regulators.
